Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by guests/travel agent
- All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Leopard Safaris
- Cancellations received seven days or more prior to arrival date will not incur any charge
- Cancellations received within 1 – 7 days of the date of arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost
- Festival season bookings (from 20th December to 10th January) and Chinese New Year will be deemed as non-refundable
Cancellation by Leopard Safaris
Guests’ personal safety is our prime concern, which we take very seriously, at all time. In the event that Leopard Safaris must cancel your holiday due to natural disaster, unforeseen circumstances and other force majeure events, outside the control of Leopard Safaris, we will guarantee the following refunds:
- 100% to be refunded at any point
- We cannot be held liable for any incidental expenses that you may incur during arrangements for a holiday that is subsequently cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control including Act of God
- All refunds will be made minus bank fees or transaction fees
No-Show Policy
No-shows and stays that are cut short will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the full room rate for the entire length of stay.
