Payment Collection 

By submitting payment through this online form, you agree to pay the specified amount for the invoice(s) manually issued to you by Leopard Safaris (Private) Limited.

Credit/Debit card used for payment to make a reservation has to be shown upon check-in.

Payment Authorisation

By providing your payment details and submitting the form, you authorise Leopard Safaris (Private) Limited to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method (credit card, debit card, or any other accepted payment method).

Accuracy of Information

You acknowledge and confirm that all the information provided for payment processing, including personal and payment details, is accurate, complete, and up to date. Any inaccuracies or errors in the provided information may result in delays or complications in processing your payment.

Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment processing, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt indicating the transaction details. It is your responsibility to retain this confirmation for your records.

Payment Disputes 

In the event of a payment discrepancy or dispute, please contact reservations@leopardsafaris.com within 7 days to resolve the issue. Refunds or adjustments, if applicable, will be subject to the company’s refund policy and discretion.

Security and Privacy

Leopard Safaris (Private) Limited employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard your payment information. However, you understand and accept that no online payment method can guarantee absolute security. Leopard Safaris (Private) Limited will handle your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

Card Declines and Chargebacks

If your payment is declined by your card issuing bank or financial institution, it is your responsibility to resolve the issue with them directly. In the case of unauthorised charges or chargebacks initiated without valid grounds, Leopard Safaris (Private) Limited reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions to recover the outstanding payment.

Liability

Leopard Safaris (Private) Limited shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from technical issues, errors, or interruptions in the online payment process, including but not limited to system failures, network outages, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Modification of Terms

Leopard Safaris (Private) Limited reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the payment portal. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
